SPECTROMETRY

Spectrometry is a method used to determine the chemical composition of metallic materials. By analyzing the light spectrum generated by an electrical discharge in air (ARC) or in an inert gas atmosphere (SPARK), it allows the identification of the different percentage contents of the elements present.
The service offered, using portable wheeled spectrometers, enables on-site material sorting, for example in bar stock warehouses at the customer’s premises, to detect possible material inhomogeneities, with the option to print the acquired data.
